They take such great care of our dogs! The dogs love going to"puppy spa day" and are always so excited to see everyone when they get there. We have been very happy with the quality of grooming and groomer's attention to detail. The scheduling app is very convenient too. I would highly recommend Idlewire Pet Care to others. Idlewire always took really good care of our miniature pincher(Killer) and Bassett (Allie) until they passed and now they have taken over our newest addition Tucker and treat him with the same love and care.

I have never boarded my cat before so I really have no basis for comparison. But here is what I thought... The staff seemed friendly and nice and the facilities seemed clean. I was a little disappointed I could not go with my cat to see her to her 'room'. I knew it was going to be stressful but I was a little sad when I picked her up.
