RecommendedIdlewire is a very clean facility. They are patient and caring with all of our dogs. Their fur is so soft and smells so good after grooming and it lasts for weeks. They are superior to anyone other groomer I have used in the past. I am always pleased with how my dogs look.
I've been taking my 2 Bassett hounds here for grooming and I have always been satisfied with the care they have received. I feel the prices are good and the quality is top notch. The staff is very friendly and they are so good with the animals. And trust me, the 2 Bassetts I bring in, can be stubborn for sure.
Jorden did a wonderful job on Lilly . The store was cute and everybody was very sweet and kind. I’m glade I changed from Pet Smart to Idlewire pet care. Plus it was very clean.

The only issue my wife has dropping off our dog for boarding is she seems happier there than at home sometimes. ( LOL ) It’s a great feeling knowing our pup is very happy to be there, Thanks Idle Wire for the great care given to our pup !

Max always comes home beautifully groomed but most importantly , to me, is that he is always anxious to arrive and clearly enjoys his experience. He comes home as a happy pup.
