For the minute I walked in the people were kind ,courteous and helpful. Everyone introduced themselves and told me exactly what to expect throughout the entire process. I was referred to Dr. Cohen by my primary ophthalmologist, following a suspected vitreous hemorrhage. Dr. Cohen’s office graciously made arrangements for me to see him at 6:30, the following morning. This incident occurred in my one “good” eye, so I was extremely nervous. Dr. Cohen and his staff could not have been more welcoming and efficient.
