The dctors are wonderful and talented.
The staff is very friendly, warm, attentive and accommodating. I generally do not have to wait for my appointment.
The whole process from the time I signed in until I left after making my next appointment was very satisfying The entire staff was very professional, knowledgeable , and a pleasurable experience . And of course, Dr. Cohen is the best
The technician Amber was nice pleasant professional a true pleasure. All staff at dr Cohen’s office are the best. So nice. So pleasant. They make each patient feel that each patient is the most important thing in the whole world. They are all fantastic and I hope dr Cohen knows that.

The staff at IL Ret Assoc does a superb job. From the staff at the reception desk, all of whom are cheerful and helpful as well as encouraging are such a good group. David who does the scanning of the retina for me could not be a better patient advocate—always cheerful and optimistic as well as empathetic and kind. He is truly an asset to the practice..
