On July 15, 2021, I had my first visit with Dr, MacCumber. From the first moment I entered the office, the staff showed their professionalism. First by formally greeting me and then making me feel comfortable. Dr. MacCumber was patient during the exam and he also made me feel comfortable and at ease when he explained what was going on with my eyes. I look forward to my follow up visit

Called for appointment and got the next day. Dr. MacCumber reassured me that my eye problem was not serious and what I should do to remedy the problem. His office staff was very professional and walked me through each step of the visit.

Well I stood there for about 11 minutes at the window no one was at the front desk 2 ladies were in the office with backs turned and a few staff members came in and no one said some there's a patient at the window. Dr. MacCumber kindness explaining every step of the way and what I need to do and I did it my vision is better and his assistant made it all better and didn't mention the rudeness to him.
