The staff at this location are very professional and efficient. They took my concerns seriously and provided thorough explanations, while staying on schedule. I went in twice in 3 years and experienced the same great level of care both times.
Great staff. They operate like a well oiled machine and move you through all the steps flawlessly. Dr. Chaturvedi is excellent.
IRA is GREAT- Dr. Charurvedi is wonderful- he explained my issue in a very understandable way and more importantly, repaired my torn retina quickly and effectively. Am so grateful that Dr. Charurvedi and his team are here in Chicago!
I highly recommend Dr. Chaturverdi for his exemplary professionalism and skill. I dreaded my eye injection, and he made the procedure both comfortable and painless. Also, the facility's staff is excellent, and there was hardly any wait.
Super welcoming check-in. Short waiting time and deliberate, professional communication by nurses, assistants throughout. Dr Chaturvedi himself is excellent in his examination and recommendations; he also has excellent bedside manners.
