Everyone at the office was wonderful, helpful and got me in New Year's Eve for an emergency! So grateful to them all. Dr. Chaturvedi is a wonderful , efficient, knowledgeable doctor and kind person. He told me all he was doing, was very kind, checked all needed and gave me permission to call if anything changed. And, God bless him, before I asked he said that means you will know when something changes. It will be obvious. Don't get me wrong! It's no fun (at least not for me) to be dealing with a frightening eye condition. But Illinois Retina Associates and Dr. Vivek Chaturvedi have made it about as safe and easy as it can be. They observe necessary precautions in connection with COVID-19, and Dr. Chaturvedi and the staff are very kind and very skilled at what they do.
