Ilya and Natalia did a great job helping us with the home loan. It was our first real estate deal and we needed additional guidance. We were also moving from another state, so timing was critical. Ilya Kosenkov is absolutely professional and kind person!! I had very complicated situations. My parents immigrated from Kazakhstan a bit over a year ago and we really wanted them to buy there own home. Of course they were not eligible to go to big banks, since they didn’t wok long enough. Then we had to include me, but my financial situation was also complicated. Ilya was so knowledgeable and persistent we were able to get amount we needed for our dream home.
