I have been to many dentists in la and around the world. Birdseye is one of the best I’ve seen and so I feel compelled to write this review. Having garnered experience and knowledge Dr. Chung is at the top of her game. She also has the right tech to back her (same day crowns!) She is supported by a formidable staff and they handle billing and insurance claims effortlessly. Some dental offices will do one or the other. Birdseye does it all - they are great at what they do and good at who they are.
No one likes going to the dentist. I personally have no phobias and just regard it as general physical maintenance. Today was my first visit. The receptionist and dental assistant were both exceptionally kind. While I did not have any work done this visit, they took x-rays and photos. Once everything was in the computer the dentist came in, they pulled up everything on the monitor and she began to explain everything my mouth needs. This is the first time I've been to a dentist since lockdown and I think TTD is doing a great job of remaining safe yet opening up.
I always have a great experience at Forest North. Scheduling appointments is easy and the text message reminders are helpful. during this Covid situation they’ve maintained great customer service and quality of care, I had my dental cleaning appointment and was not nervous because I knew what to expect, and the safety protocols they implemented made me feel safe. Thanks Forest North!

My crown came loose and I made an appointment to have it checked out. My fear of viral transmission was allayed when I saw how seriously SRD considers this matter. Everyone in the building wears masks, there are partitions between work areas and everything to mitigate aerosolized viral transmission is in place. Dr. Gupta determined I had a cavity under the old crown. I was told I needed the cavity repaired and a new crown. The Whole procedure was done in less than 2 hours!
