I have been seeing mental health practitioners since I was about 6 years old, and I'm in my 30s now. It can be really hard to find a good fit. iMind is a great fit because it is just big enough to offer just about any type of support you need, while also being small enough to still feel like you know the people who work there and they know you. Sharon Roth is a rockstar when it comes to trauma, PTSD and anxiety. I cannot praise her enough, her communication and understanding is above and beyond, if I feel I cannot exercise our EMDR because it is too painful for me, she does not force it, but rather issues talk therapy. She's an absolute angel and I look forward to every appointment with her.
The staff are efficient and friendly. Ensuring all my requirements are met for verification of my visit. My Psychologist Jennifer Castillo is superb. I am free to open up any and all of my concerns in order for her to give me her professional thoughts and recommendations. I am truly blessed to have found such a wonderful therapist. The department of Veterans Affairs Community Healthcare most Definitely renew their contract with this highly effective group of professionals.
I have nothing but great things to say about this office. Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable starting my first appointment, I look forward to continuing my visits with such an amazing group of ladies!
