Im struggling really hard and front desk didn't make things better I was charged $50 copay last Thursday, i thought they only took $25 which i don't have a copay, now I have a overdraft on my account for their carelessness I wish people will listen to me before touching my money it's been a week I live on the little money I have now I have to wait for them to refund my money. I came all the way there after calling on the phone and making sure that my medication’s would be approved and was told that they would be. I drove an hour and a half to get there on our morning to be told. Basically there was nothing that could be done for me…

If I could give it one star, I would. I had an appointment in Port St Lucie for med management. Tried requesting to be taken off of two controlled medications for sleep and to try a non controlled medication. Also ssked for a dosage of medication to be lowered. The provider constantly interrupted me, and overall did not seem to listen to my requests. She made an appointment for the next month.
