I am writing this because last year I purchased a NV 3500 van from this location. it turns out the van was damaged during shipping and repainted at the port. Apparently there was a letter of disclosure that came with the van indicating this. However the salesman Michael Shelby never put this information on the table at the time of purchase. My husband and I always try to support local dealers in our city. Over the last two years we have spent 80,000 at this dealership. The paint was damaged during shipping.. this was never disclosed at the time of purchase, but was reported to the dealership within one week of our purchase. We purchased a new Altima the end of June and traded in a vehicle. The purchase experience went well and we have no complaints about that. But in July someone at the dealership drove the vehicle we traded in (it was still registered in our name) and received two tickets, one for a toll road violation and the other for parking. I wish there was no star to rate this place. My experience with this location was not that great, my Nissan Murano '12 was brought in for inspection since it was giving some tips that the famous CVT transmission was failing and they told me that nothing was wrong with the car. After driving for another 1K miles the symptoms were getting worse so I took it back and surprising they were able to find the problem and they now recommend to replace the whole CVT transmission but guess what my car is out of warranty now and of cour... read more

Would have been nice if Ali Jaffar or Sidney Williams had told us about the military program Nissan offers. Thought veterans and active duty took care of each other but I guess the commission was worth more. The Pathfinder is nice but not sure we will ever go back because it seems a commission is worth more than repeat customers.
