I'm writing on here because nobody will return our calls or get back to us with our questions regarding our plates and registration. We purchased a 2013 xterra the beginning of June and our temp plates will be expired in 2 weeks. Everytime we call we are transferred to the DMV (I've never had to track down my registration myself after purchasing a vehicle) or we leave messages to different departments to call us back. Worst sales service. Walked in 1 hour ago to test drive a car. Had to track someone down to help me find a salesperson. The sales guy couldn't answer questions about different packages and options - I had to correct him twice just based on what I'd seen on the Nissan website. Then he walks me back inside to get keys and takes my license. Comes back asking me to wait 10 minutes while he wrapped up another sale.
