One year later we have 2 leaks in our roof - they trashed our gutters during install, and they will not return phone calls or come out for service to fix the issues. These guys are the best if you want a worse roof than the 20 year old one your had before. Waste of money and time these people are a joke and I will make sure everyone I know, knows. Impriano you are the worst. You put a brand new roof on my house recently. From the moment we signed the contract, it was like we didn’t matter anymore. I had to argue several times to get anyone to bring shingle samples to my house. You wanted me to drive all over creation to pick up samples, or drive 45 minutes away from where I live in order to see shingles on actual houses. They did a terrible job on my roof. They used splintered wood, and when the first rain came you could see the roof wasn't sealed properly. They were paid thousands of dollars. They refuse to honor their warranty, or the extended warranty.
Impriano Roofing is an outstanding company to work with. The entire staff - sales, support and installation- were the best to work with. They answered my many questions and handled my concerns with the utmost professionalism and customer care. I highly recommend them..
