My experience with this company has been challenging. They frequently tell there customers one thing and the installers something different. Communication has been super challenging. Trying to get somebody on the phone that can make a decision is hard. When trying to get something in writing detailing cost/expenses the answer was we dont do that. Many wait times for installation exceed what is often promised.
I like the overall finished product. However, prior to getting the it finalized, The Salesman took the wrong measurements and didn't include a piece that goes around the inside bath wall. I asked my Salesman how this would impact the cost in which hevreplied "I do several deals a day so i don't remember who you are". Management did get involved and provided his personal cell number which I could never get ahold of because mailbox was full. They came out to unclog the tub they installed, and flooded my bathroom, and my entry way below it. I have damage to the ceilings, walls, and the floor. They sent someone out to fix it, but only told him he's replacing the **trap and touching up paint. Electrical got wet, and not a thing in the notes. Photos were taken when the damage happened, and none of them were provided. Never use them, they'll lie, cheat, and damage your house and not do anything about it.
My complaint is not with the quality of the windows or the great job the installation crew did. My complaint is with the constant lies we were told about the time-frame of the installation. We were told the home consultation would take an hour, but it took 3 hours. We told them from the very beginning that this was for a rental property, the property where we met for the sales pitch.
