We had a great experience with this company. Our shower/tub install looks great and was installed great. I was impressed with the install team communications as the project progressed.

We have been in the process of getting our master bath remodeled for over 2 years now. Since the installation, we have had nothing but issues with our shower door. It doesn't close and it leaks water all over the floor. We have tried time and time again to get this resolved and they don't seem to be able to fix it. After their last visit, we were told that they would order a new door and install it in a few weeks. They came out today, three months later, and it was the wrong size door. contracted to remodel bathroom in April 2022. Scheduled of job started after this Labor Day . But delay after delay due to wrong parts and other reasons, more than 3 months haven't finished. It seems no one take responsibility. It left a mess still in the bathroom that I can't use it. I have paid more than 90% of the charge but get stuck there! ******* **

They have not done what they have promised to do my bathroom remodeling has not been completed its been a few months and all I have been given was broken promises they have left a hole in my wall and I have ******* issues the hole is from a contractor they had to call to fix my shower unit because it leaked after it was installed and all I have are excuses and promises to fix it I have called numerous times but my problem still exists and the have been paid IT is unfair and unprofessional

Poor work and poor customer service. Nothing gets done in a timely manner. Definitely feel like we got screwed over with our bath remodel.

We had new windows put in on Oct 11, 2021. The front sliding window has never worked properly. They kept sending people out who had no idea what they were talking about. They wouldnt return phone calls or do anything about it!! Now nine months later its still not fixed!!! We finally got new screens for the window about a month ago but we cant even open the windows!! Because I am 82 years old and prohibited from climbing ladder's I had Improve It install three windows that would require me climbing a ladder. I choose Inprove It Home remodeling because of a fantastic sales pitch. The three windows themselves were too small thus requiring painting around the trim and sashed on all three were defective and had to be replaced. Beyond that they cost over three times what it cost me to buy and install a better window at ground level myself.
