Okay where do I start.... We already had a 2 bed 2 bath apartment here for a year. Upon moving in this furnished apartment there were problems with furniture not being in good condition and unexpected “fees” that were not disclosed. Nice apartments but poor service to maintain them and poor customer service. The niceness leaves the staff after making complaints of situations after signing the lease. Do your due diligence and have copies of paperwork and inspect thoroughly before anything.
Up until the last few months I would have given them 5 stars. I have enjoyed my 2 years living here and never would have imagined moving except for the last 6 months I have had to deal with a neighbor that does not sleep and have kids that run through the apartment 24 hours a day (seriously I am not kidding). I have tried talking to the neighbor and have issued NUMOROUS complaints to the office (told it was being handled) and still my upstairs neighbor remains.
