It is sad when you become targeted by some of the office personnel because they have a personal issue with you . You get a notice on your car about your tags being out but in and around your building people have expired tags . As far back as Oct 2020 on one car. But they can’t understand why you say they have a personal issue with you . And they don’t understand why you want or desire to speak to someone on cooperate level. By far the worst living situation I’ve been involved with.. unkept promises to put grab bars in the shower.. when I fell and broke my leg and needed some help when I got back to the apartment, help was never given or solutions offered! When my husband passed away and I left two months shy of the end of my lease there was an opportunity to do something kind. That didn’t happen either! Staff is very rude not all but most of them . They don’t enforce the lease when the lease clearly states to not disturb your neighbors but they allow people to let people to constantly disturb and leave trash in the breezeways There only recommendation is to move you as if you the problem when people have children running through the apartment not just sometimes but all the time . The walls are thin meaning you can easily be disturbed. The apartment I stayed in needed a new refrigerator, air conditioner, and the toilet leaked. I did not get refunded for the food that spoiled. There was a major water leak, all water was turned off for hours. Water flooded the utility room . The back of the toilet had a crack that was never repaired. The door handle on the patio never got repaired. I got attacked by a pit bull and the owner was not held accountable. Her dog attacked 2 other people as well. The ... read more

RecommendedGreat apt, quiet area, cable/internet sucks you have to pay extra for digital service if you can even get hotwire/directv on the phone. As a technician bad deal for the complex. Hotwire doesn't know the difference between a modem and a router, a router is advertised in the package didn't get. My advise to the complex get a better service provider in here. I pay for YouTubeTv to get digital service. Been here almost 2 months lost internet service 3 times. Love the apt, hate the service!
I am in a shared unit. Unfortunately, one of the roommates is an entitled liberal-tard, all this person does is to complain and play us against each other, including asking me to not using the common area when it's only 8:30 p.m.. Reasons given? This person needed to wake up early for the odd self-employed job, so I was not supposed to watch clips on my device in the common area. Terrible experience the place is drug infested and the apartments are not up to code when time to move in. Complete waste of money these are not luxury apartments. I have pictures of the condition our place was in when we moved in if anyone is interested in those photos they are down below. Also the place was filled with trash. They promise repairs and never show up. They denied us a walk through and made us wait with newborn babies in the car for 4 hours after scheduled move in day when we just traveled 10 hours (military) ... read more
