You have done an excellent job the second time around in unstopping the kitchen sink.I hope the problem don't recur as it just sprung up spontaneously twice in one week by backing sewage into the kitchen sink and causing the sink to get block.I couldn't plunge it down.Thank you for your support.

Every thing was clean and working properly the only thing I didn’t like was my out dated refrigerator and stove I should have had new appliances for 750.00 a month but other than the cocking around the toilet and the loose drawer in the kitchen other than that it’s a nice place
Fair I would rate you . Winter is horrible side walk are not shoveled or salted or parking lot I work and have to get out daily. People leave doors open so they can get in on a daily basis I always take paper or whatever they put in doors it’s a safety hazard for all the residents. Our building rarely get vacuum. Elevator are always dirty with urine or not working. People play loud music. Hopefully this will be my last year here. Some people are on drugs which is bringing the complex down.
