Ok the faucet washers were replaced and there is no constant run or dripping. I think that the shower faucet needs to be replaced and that it will eventually wear out the the new washers. We are good for now and will let you know if that happens.

Well things are going well I have nice people on my floor some things needs work like the front door and back door to building carpet on 3 floor by laundry room needs to be replaced so far it's ok
They came and fix the heat . It’s much better. Toilet seat was nicely done.extermation of insects was done have not see anymore.
This place doesn’t give a dam about their Seniors welfare. I haven’t had any heat in my apartment in almost a week, I have been using my oven at times to warm the apartment. I have called so many times and only get the answering machine and when I do get someone they will give me a work order, I actually have four work orders without a response. Finally talked with someone and was told that maintenance would bring a space heater which I still don’t have and still no heat. Guess we’re supposed to do without heat till they fix... read more
