Amazing Experience My wife and I went to Indy Wholesale Direct as first time used car buyers. Honest and reputable! I bought a 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Gordon driving 3 1/2 hours for the Jeep of my dreams. After having a service performed we discovered a major flaw with the vehicle so I contacted Gordon and we came to an extremely fair resolution on the repair. I can’t express enough gratitude for the way Gordon handled this situation and would definitely buy another vehicle from him. He is a very fair and reputable person!
Simply amazing! Wont go anywhere else! First off, during the buying process, our salesman Daniel, anf the f iij nance manager John, communication was consistant. They were on top of any questions i had. John pulled off an amazing task of taking in our truck that we were very upside down in. Great experience I was tired of shopping for a vehicle and I found a SUV online there so we went to check to it out from out of town. Gordon and Robert were great through the whole process and the paper work part was quick was easy too. Never felt pressured. Prices were great. It was just great and I find a vehicle I absolutely love. Definitely would buy from there again.
