Transparency is Prime I have not yet completed a purchase with this dealer, however, they have been very supportive and transparent in the process thus far. I appreciate that very much, as compared to dealers that are unwilling to provide clear information regarding financing and extended warranties.
Value & Service I had a great buying experience. First off, all of the cars had exceptionally low mileage compared to other cars I had seen on the internet. Happy Wife, Happy Life! Purchased a 2012 Mercedes Benz ML-350 from Gordon. Very pleasant and helpful. The price was competitive with other used car dealers. No frills shop...which I like!! Great experience I have been looking for an Audi A5 for about a month with very specific options. Indy Wholesale had a car with most of the options. I dealt with Andrew who went out of his way to be very helpful and was very knowledgeable. We even did a FaceTime ( I live in Virginia) to walk around the vehicle. Great Experience I purchased a 2015 Audi A8L from Gordon and had an excellent experience. This was the first time I had purchased a car without test driving it, but it was still under factory warranty and Gordon did a walk-around via Facetime so I was able to get comfortable with the condition of the car.
