Josh is my favorite service writer. Honest, helpful, and no pressure. One concern. Air filters were replaced, but air boxes not cleaned out. Did myself and will let them know.

They had my car overnight and were only supposed to have it for the day. They didn't call me to advise me of this. The next day when I went to pick up my car, they had lost both of my key fobs. They were able to locate one and I am still waiting for the second replacement 6 weeks later. I phoned the service manager, no answer and I left a message and of course no return call.

I bought my car from Infiniti of Peoria and I had a great experience so I decided to take my car for service there even though my car isn't an Infiniti, I been trying to be very careful and to take care of my car because it's an luxury vehicle. I took the care there and followed all the recommendations the guy told me to do and waited to do a special service (not a normal service), they did it and gave me the report and all was green and passed correctly, aft 2 days.
