Very impressed with the staff and the dealerships adoption of social distancing and use of PPE, even before the recent mandate. The service was completed very promptly and my vehicle was surprised to find that they not only washed my vehicle but detailed it. Infiniti of Scottsdale has set the bar pretty high and its not going to be the same when I return to my normal Infiniti dealership in the Chicago area for my next service.

Juan, my service manager, was courteus and friendly as usual. He always does an awesome job. The service team who replaced my broken door handle and steam cleaned my engine did a great job as well! Thank you to all of you!
