The cost estimate is always perfect, and they wash my car before giving it back. On the rare occasion when a loaner is needed, it is provided at no cost.

Today at Schumacher Infiniti, I had the paint and leather interior sealed on my 2017 Infiniti QX30. Kevin greeted me at the service entrance with a huge smile and a handshake, which was a great way to start my day. Soon afterwards, Maurice met me prior to having my car serviced. A few hours later he brought my car back out to the service entrance.
