Thank you Lon for coming out to Gilbert and answering all my questions and showing me things I did not know I had available on my car . It means a great amount to me that you offered to do that and Infiniti Coultier takes care of their customers as I travel a lot I want to feel comfortable in my own car not a rental and now I feel great !

My family and I have gotten like 6 cars through this dealership over the last several years and each time the staff is great especially Lon!!! who has been servicing our family the whole time. They did it again! Such a great experience with Lon and Alex - I traded in for a newer Q50 and I couldn’t be more happy with the service they provide! Even when I have silly questions, Lon takes the time to help me!
