Lon was great to talk to. He did forget to email me all the stuff we discussed that day. But im sure he will . i do have a small complaint. I thought that before the Zaktek was put on the car they would clean it and make sure all spots were whipped off. This did not happen my car has a bunch of little spots all over that actually come off if you whip them. And they put the Zaktek over a not so clean car.
All around great experience. Made our car buying experience fun and easy. Chris has perfect product knowledge and explained all the options clearly. We came in looking for one car and left with two.
