LOVE MY 2013 INFINITI JX35. It's amazing what this car can do! Lon was great at showing the various features. We love the Mobile Information Services off the Infiniti Connection Page.
Lon Williams offered to show me around my car. The 2 1/2 hours I spent with him were very informative even tho I have driven an infiniti since 2008. I did not get this same guidance from the "other" Infiniti dealership. Lon's services are a great asset to Camelback Infiniti. I am not only an Infiniti fan but a Camelback Infiniti fan as well! Dealership was very friendly and helpful. They were very upfront and quickly understood our needs and goals. The finance process was also streamlined. the dealership took the time to show us how the car functioned and how to work all the cool gadgets.

There are two people you rarely trust: car salesman and attorneys. But I will say this, Lon Williams and Tom Daniels are two people that I can honestly recommend to anyone in the market for an Infiniti. Lon Williams came to my home to explain the features of my new Infiniti. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He knew the answers to every question and showed me features I had no idea were even there. I never felt uncomfortable in asking any question or asking him to go over something again. I was pleased with my purchase before, but Lon has added another layer of happiness to my purchase. He was terrific.
Everyone I encountered at Infiniti/Nissan just was very warm, inviting, helpful and professional. I absolutely love and appreciate the follow up visit at my home from Lon who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, on time, and pleasant. The finance guy Mike Loyola really took his time to figure out the best scenario for me.
