There are two people you rarely trust: car salesman and attorneys. But I will say this, Lon Williams and Tom Daniels are two people that I can honestly recommend to anyone in the market for an Infiniti. I purchased a vehicle from Infiniti on Camelback earlier in the year. After the purchase, you get all the calls and think it is just them trying to earn a review or what not. Lon Williams came to my home to explain the features of my new Infiniti. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He knew the answers to every question and showed me features I had no idea were even there. I never felt uncomfortable in asking any question or asking him to go over something again. I was pleased with my purchase before, but Lon has added another layer of happiness to my purchase. He was terrific.
Everyone I encountered at Infiniti/Nissan just was very warm, inviting, helpful and professional. I absolutely love and appreciate the follow up visit at my home from Lon who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, on time, and pleasant. The finance guy Mike Loyola really took his time to figure out the best scenario for me. I came in today to purchase a 2010 Nissan Maxima. I was promptly greeted by my sales guy Danny Cantillo. I'm a guy who has purchased many vehicles and had good and bad experiences at dealerships. After searching for an SUV for over a month and dealing with 10-20 dealerships I can say that these guys are head and shoulders above the rest. Danny was a great sales person. He was not pushy like most of them are. I initially wanted a new car but he listened and presented me with a good solution on a used one they had. Danny was very helpful locating a QX56 for us as none was available locally. He found one in California and he and the rest of the team at the dealership really went the extra mile to help me get the car I wanted. Both Lon and Danny were very patient explaining all the features of the car and encouraged me to call if I had any questions.
Lon came to my house not once but twice to help us. We were very pleased with all that he did for us. I highly recommend this dealership!
