All employees at the dealership were friendly. My sales person Robert was very attentive and knowledgeable about all the products. He was determone to get the sale and handled it in a very professional manner. All employees were great, The GM Justin, finance guy David and Lon Williams the customer relations person.. They all made the total purhase a pleasant experience.

Lon came to our house and paired our phones and went through the whole car! It was excellent! So nice to do it after we had driven the car a few weeks because we knew what we need to ask him. Great service and he explained everything without rushing Thank you Debbie Purtell

I shopped around at several car dealerships looking for the perfect car and I was not pleased with the service at the other dealerships. The last stop was Infiniti and we were very pleased with the service we received. After the purchase Lon came out to my house to go over the technology in the car. He was great and I learned a lot of things about my new car. I would recommend Infiniti on Camelback to anyone!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Infiniti on Camelback, first time a new vehicle. I purchased a new 2014 Q50 to replace my G35, and from the salesman, to finance, I was treated with respect, and felt comfortable with the entire process. I've been going to the dealership for 3 years now already for service, but I was re-introduced to the crew there. Infiniti on Camelback made the car buying experience easy. Did not have to haggle much because the price was already low. We bought an Infiniti qx56 and absolutely love it. After we got the car home Lon Williams came to our house to explain all the features of the car including getting hooked up with infiniti connect. Everybody was extremely pleasant especially Richard and Lon. Would highly recommend Infiniti on Camelback to anyone.

At my last visit to the dealership I mentioned that my vehicle phone book was not working correctly. Twice before the dealership set my phone book up from my cell phone but both times the listings disappeared before I got home. This time Shelby set me up with an appointment with Lon Williams who is a customer loyalty manager at the dealership. Like Shelby said Lon called and set up an appointment at my home. Treated my wife and I as if we were very important people. Gave us a terrific price on a loaded JX35. Extremely satisfied with the dealership and the people that helped us purchase this fine SUV. They gave us a 2 year service policy for free. Great to do business with them, and I highly recommend talking to John Whacker in Internet Sales. He was super great to deal with and very professional.
