Service by Shelby was much appreciated. Had a warranty engine replacement that was only partially covered due to issues with extended warranty purchased through dealership. Disappointing that extended warranty Company relationships and service department were not able to work out the coverage resulting in $14K out-of-pocket expense. Infiniti warranty + extended third party warranty should have covered the repair. The new engine is good so far.
