Service Manager Shelby is very professional and always conveys status and needs of service required for my Infiniti
I can't afford NOT to have a rental car while my car is getting service so that's the best thing. Also, my normal Service Rep was off and the individual who took over did a great job (Alex, I believe). He even found me some discounts for the services I was getting, which is nice!
