They were prompt, informative, and followed up on the service they performed several days after the work was completed to check on the heater they repaired.
They replaced our water heater in a very timely manner and did an excellent job. I would hire them again
This work was for a ductwork inspection and repair on a 50+ year old house where all of the ductwork was under the house. We had no airflow through some of our vents. The repairman came out on a Saturday morning, crawled around under the house inspecting all of the ductwork. Found a section that had a large hole rusted through. He picked up the needed part at the local hardware store, installed it, and we had airflow again. Repairman was very courteous, professional, and the charges were very reasonable. Great experience working with this company. They were on time, did what they said they would do (and a little more) and charged the agreed amount. I even left Allen and his coworker in my house unsupervised and they were very respectful of my home. My system works great now!
Allen came out to give me a quote. So I checked a couple other companies. Went back to Allen got the same work for far less, they did a great job. I will use they again

Allen was by FAR the least expensive repair man around. He responded to my request immediately and came to do the repairs two days after (even though it had been snowing and all others said it would be atleast two weeks) He finished a two day job in only one day and was very focused on protecting the surrounding area and even offered to vaccuum after the project was done!
