Comparing their work to another contractor's work on another section of ductwork just a couple of days prior, they didn't take any shortcuts and installed the ductwork to my specifications and beyond. After surveying the ductwork and seeing the other contractor's work, they even corrected their work at no charge. Since I received such great service, I also got an estimate for potentially replacing my hot water heater in a few months even though the it no longer leaks.
Very professional crew at an amazingly reasonable price for the service provided.
I also got a great warranty on parts and service.
Checked everything. Price was as quoted. Will keep them on the list should we need that service again. They found another problem while here and immediately fixed it. Husband was with them the entire time. I would give them a ten star rating if there was one.
They showed up 10 mins early and even though I told him he didn't have to wear his boot covers he did anyhow. Very knowledgeable and polite. He even called later that day to check up on everything.
The estimated arrival time was off, but mine was not an absolute emergency. Service was great; professional and courteous.
