Very disgusted with their service. I spent $1500 and went back there 3 days after as they butchered my dog and the staples came out. They gave me a discounted price of $700 to fix their own doing. No after care at all, they only want your money.
This vet is absolutely disgraceful. I took my dog there on Friday night and he needed staples in his leg, I paid $1500 for surgery for him. After 3 days the staples had come apart and his wound had re-opended, I took him back and they wanted to charged me another $700 to re staple it. He looked like he had been tortured in this place. I then took him to another vet and paid half the price and he is 100% better and advised me that it should never have been stapled in the first place. Disgusting!!!!!!
We took our baby here last night we have never been there before. We were told shouldn't be long. Not only the chairs uncomfortable but it was more than an hour and half wait. When we got there, there was no one waiting. Then all these people came in one after the other all went in before us. We were new customers and treated badly in the sense that when we finally did ask. We were told it goes on case by case scenario (as if we were at Liverpool hospital which doesn't have a good reputation. )As if we knew the procedure. P... read more
