My sister had a very sick dying cat,the cat was bleeding quite profusely from the nose, these guys are 24 hour emergency care for animals,my sister rang at around 12 am as there the only animal Care facility open and the closest to her,she explained how the cat was to the vet nurse, the vet nurse said it was an emergency & the cat needs to be seen right away, as it could have possibly been hit by a car or poisoned, my sister wanted to bring the cat into this clinic right away, but was informed a consultation has to be paid &... read more
They were our Vet for over 11 yrs, but unfortunately after having difficulty actually getting on to them many times over the past couple of months via their very poor phone system (during daytime hrs) we have had to change to another vet. Still great service from The After Hrs Emergency staff though, although they are unable to access the pets computer (daytime clinic) files. Sorry guys, hope you don't lose too many old or new prospective clients due to the above. Hope you are able to do something to fix this problem.
