I was told my services would be covered through my insurance before I scheduled my appointment by the office manager. So I come have my teeth cleaned and I’m told I owe 91.20 dollars that my insurance only covered 60 percent. Not what I was told 3 weeks earlier. Very disappointing very unprofessional.

My experiences have always been great. Except when I went to my appointment on 6/29/23, I was told what my payment would be. I had no problem with the amount but I would have liked to have been aware of the amount before my appointment. I had to reschedule because I was not prepared to pay $1,900 up front.

I believe I have the best dental hygienist anywhere in GRACE . She is very professional and a people person . I just wish that myself and others would be allowed to PAY some of our procedures in payments as not everyone always had money to pay over 125.00 at one time. That's one thing I miss about Dr. Alfano, he would always find a way to work with his patients, oh well .
