Every time I go for my my appointments I am treated very professionally. Staff is always welcoming. Ms. Monica your dental assistant was very gentle in caring for me yesterday. Of course Dr. Bishop you are always concerned about your patients and asking if we are doing ok.

I was told my services would be covered through my insurance before I scheduled my appointment by the office manager. So I come have my teeth cleaned and I’m told I owe 91.20 dollars that my insurance only covered 60 percent. Not what I was told 3 weeks earlier. Very disappointing very unprofessional.

My experiences have always been great. Except when I went to my appointment on 6/29/23, I was told what my payment would be. I had no problem with the amount but I would have liked to have been aware of the amount before my appointment. I had to reschedule because I was not prepared to pay $1,900 up front.
