Because of bad actors in our digital world I’ve had to change my debit cards 4-5 times in last couple years, the staff at Inova makes the transition flawlessly.Thanks and keep up the awesome work.I’d also like to say that your teller staff is probably the nicest people I’ve met in the banking industry (I have 5 different banks I deal with) Thank you thank you can’t wait until the new bank addition is finished. We’ve been customers for a few years now. I had to go on a medical leave and for planning purposes we contacted them about the possibility of skipping a car payment and a truck payment just to be safe. As it turns out because our payments have been on auto pay for the whole time of our loans and we pay half of a car payment every two weeks. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to no Black people at all the bank manager is racist .today l went up in there to pay my car note and You should see how the bank manager was reckless eyeballing me. Now I’m starting to feel like she’s intimidating me and if the vice president of this bank don’t take this matter serious the next time I come pay my car note I will be going to the Michigan city Police Department to press intimidation charges on this lady for reckless eyeballing me for intimidation .who ever is over this lady need... read more
