Have to pay a fee to make a payment. "Paying" to "Pay". Also, was never one time informed that there was an extending branch right here in our town, literally 5 minutes from my house that I could have conveniently went and made my car loan payments. But not one employee of Inova ever mentioned this. It wasn't until AFTER the loan was paid off that I was told about this.

Kayla was able to view my account and give me answer reference a check # being used on a recent online system payment that was processed 4/26 For Allen County Treasurer. She confirmed they used my account # and no check number. I also mentioned I wish Inova would add the calculator back to screens on web site. She confirmed this has been noted. When will someone let me know if they are in fact going to put calculator back on web site?
