I have had the privilege of working with Jeremy on several occasions since May of 2023. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I needed to help with my mom's finances. Jeremy helped me with all the forms that needed to be completed as well as understanding online banking. Each time Jeremy has helped me he has been patient, knowledgeable, pleasant and understanding. Kayla is an absolute gem. I’ve been using this bank for over 3 years and she has always been amazing. But then again, all the staff are just great! I always feel so welcome and have all my questions answered with a smile.
I was looking to move my saving and checking account to a bank that offered a very good rate on certificates of deposit (CDs). Inova offered a great rate, so I stopped in one morning. Jeremy was the individual who assisted me through the process of creating an account, obtaining a debit card for the account and doing the paperwork for a CD. The process wasn’t very long and he was a very pleasant and thorough individual. It was a lot easier than I anticipated
Kayla was compassionate, empathetic, and quick to resolve my numerous questions. The best part of INOVA is the people, and Kayla is a prime example of why I trust them more than any other Credit Union to support me, my family, and our financial goals.
