I had a great experience getting my loan with Inova, but what made it difficult for me was not being able to set up my account for auto pay. I had contacted Robin who walked me through the whole process. I was very frustrated by the time I called and I appreciate Robin's professionalism and guidance in helping me.
Absolutely horrible. They were great setting up a loan but their systems have been down and I’ve spent hours on the phone setting up account transfers. I still haven’t been able to make a payment after almost a month.
Great little branch and credit union. Scott is super nice and there is never any line to wait in like most banks when coming here. I've always been the only customer whenever I have visited.
Very easy and fast service. They worm with you and try to give you different options. I worked with Brandy and she was awesome and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
