Great little branch and credit union. Scott is super nice and there is never any line to wait in like most banks when coming here. I've always been the only customer whenever I have visited.
Very easy and fast service. They worm with you and try to give you different options. I worked with Brandy and she was awesome and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
I had a great experience getting my loan with Inova, but what made it difficult for me was not being able to set up my account for auto pay. I had contacted Robin who walked me through the whole process. I was very frustrated by the time I called and I appreciate Robin's professionalism and guidance in helping me.
Great customer service- easy car refinance. Subpar banking. Literally was told by customer service to request a replacement debit card online and when I did they put a hold on my current debit. (Mind you the replacement was because the debit cards chip failed routinely when trying to make purchases.) I wasn’t told that my active debit with all my money would be frozen.
