Once again repeat excellence - this time on a refinance! This is the 2nd time that we have used this company. The first was to get the mortgage for a house, and this time for a refinance. Chris Brock was our main contact and I'd highly recommend it if you're looking at getting an initial mortgage or refinancing. He was able to convey several options to us in regards to other lenders where we were able to reduce our rate by 0.5%, doesn't sound like much, but it quickly adds up over the life of the loan.
