Great experience We are very happy with how Inovayt helped us to refinance. We were coming out of a Keystart Shared Ownership mortgage which added some extra difficulties in needing to liaise between more departments and Inovayt were great at keeping us updated and following things up as much as they could. There was nothing unexpected from Inovayt and they were transparent at every stage.
Would use this service again Overall the process was very smooth, there were a few minor issues that the Broker was able to resolve quickly and efficiently. My only negative comment is that I was initially assigned to one Broker who explained certain fee's that would be waived as a first home buyer that were not. The Broker I was later assigned to was unable to explain why this miscommunication had occurred.
