Incredible experience with Inovayt team First home buyer here and it was a great experience thanks to Hai and Stefan at Inovayt. Very prompt and open communication from start to finish and they were extremely respectful when helping with the many questions I had to ask. Learnt so much from Hai who didn't hesitate to explain any jargon. Every interaction/meeting was meaningful and did not have any issues whatsoever.
Amazing team! Communication throughout our re-financing was impeccable. We knew everything that was happening while it was happening. Not once did we have to question timelines etc. Amazing team working together & have helped us with every enquiry from information, finance directive & re-financing. very professional start to end Ben Robinson and his Team were very good. Very easy to deal with. Very accessible in that we had mobile numbers of all the Team and when required where able to text communication after hours to stay on track with required documents. Well done and keep up the great work. This was our second time using Ben's services. He also organised my parents loans too a few years back.
