Amazing brokers We had Duane Hunnam help us in refinancing our loan, he is very knowledgeable and the customer service from him was outstanding. He found us a great fixed rate, efficiently getting a 90day rate lock in for us before the rate increased the following day. Duane and Ben Morrison kept us constantly updated on the progress of our loan application and nothing was to much of an effort for them, always replying to emails and calls from us promptly and with diligence. Peace of mind Jason and Matthew are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Jason has helped us with our investment property, refinancing and most recently, Matthew and Jason helped us through an extremely difficult settlement, caused by a bank error. They were by their phones and were in contact with us and the bank for over three hours, keeping us up to date with the settlement time. We cannot speak highly enough of their skills and would not hesitate in recommending them.
