InShapeMD was very professional and helped me obtained my weight loss goals. I thought of myself as active and a relatively healthy eater. While I did go out to eat every so often I was also an avid runner. I did not have a ton to lose just wanted to get back to feeling healthier and myself. They helped me find not a diet but a new way of eating. At first it was difficult but after seeing results and finding a pattern of eating it became worth it. I hate needles but I love the benefits of the B12 vitamin. Gram and Megan are awesome people to be around during the process.
