I called this morning needed an appointment. Rylea answered the phone really sweetly and made me a quick appointment. I filled out the paperwork and handed it in and within 10 minutes or so, was able to be back in the back. The nurse came in and assessed me and then Ms Williams the nurse practitioner came in. She was super sweet and efficient. All MDs and medical doctors should be like this! 10/10

Staff was pleasant and efficient.Received excellent care and treatment from the P. A. He did testing explained, discussed and prescribe the correct medication‘s. Showed the paperwork to my internist when I went for my annual physical. She looked at the summary from James commented that he did an excellent job. Will definitely go back when necessary. Thank you integrity urgent care.
Highly recommend! Staff is very professional and courteous. Was a lovely experience even though I felt horrible…but that’s why I had to be there. (Smile)
Let’s make this straight to the point. I have never visited a doctors office, Urgent Care, that was more friendly or more expeditiously professional than this place. The process went one, two, three and done. Yes my visit was basic nasal infection but Doctor Chris talked about everything I brought up. I absolutely loved the way I was treated and it was ten dollars cheaper than my family practice doctor copay. Three thumbs up and I will use this place in my hopefully distant future.
Stopped in on the 28th of November for a chest congestion issue they were very professional and helped me out I wish we had something like this in Crockett TX

Visited today with my daughter, who unfortunately tested + for the flu. 😷 Front desk staff were friendly and efficient, online check-in was super easy and medical staff were great. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely visit again for the need arises.

Came to this location in Killeen after trying the one in cove but they had a 2.5 hour wait. It was definitely worth the drive. Intake was quick and I waited maybe 20 minutes after paying my copay. The nurse was super nice and after she did my vitals/intake it maybe took 10 minutes for the PA to come in. He was extremely helpful and caring. I ended up having strep and an ear infection ): but he made sure that with my cough that I had what I needed for my asthma as well like my rescue inhaler.
