I went to Navarro regional a few days before ending up at Integrity - after a 2 hour wait at navarro i was told to go home and take tylenol, Integrity got me an appt and took care of me correctly from the very beginning and were all super sweet and respectful, they did a chest x-ray within 10 minutes they gave me a breathing treatment and a steroid shot and even went through the trouble of changing my pharmacy twice so i could get my meds same day. super clean and nice facility as well. I’d bring my kiddos here no doubt ❤️

My son has been treated here a few times and we have always been pleased and grateful for the level of healthcare he has received. Prompt diagnosis, appropriate documentation for school, convenient medications filled at nearby H‑E‑B, and straightforward billing. Not much of a wait either, but that’s not a big issue for him. Big Thank You from a long-distance parent of a college kid!

I’ve always had wonderful service here. Only 1 suggestion- make sure there is someone available who can do an IV after 7 PM when the patient is dehydrated

I've been here several times over the last three years. I never had a problem. Their staff is better than most doctor offices I've been to. I can get an appointment on the same day or within a day. Nothing but positive experiences considering I only go here when I'm sick. The staff are AWESOME!

We love our rural community, but we miss some of the conveniences of living in Dallas. Our little one had a horrible rash on her hands and her doctor was closed, but thanks to Integrity Urgent Care we were able to get her treated right away. The staff was very positive and thoughtful when dealing with my daughter. We love being able to stay close to home and not having to drive to Forney or Dallas for urgent care.

Had an appointment today at the Jones location-there were a lot of people waiting but still got great one on one service and the dr really made me feel heard... great service and great people here. highly recommend!
The staff at Integrity Urgent Care provided the most amazing experience. I had tested Strep + a day prior and was continuing to feel awful, dehydrated from not being able to swallow. They quickly did some additional testing to rule out some other things, started a IV (Props to my nurse, as it had taken another facility 5 different sticks the day before to get blood) she did it in one stick, gave me some oral steroids and continuously checked to make sure I was as comfortable as possible.
