I found a flyer in the mail or on my door one and decided to switch because I was not getting good service for what I paid. The Integrity staff have been so nice—from the sales people to the service people and mostly the guys coming out to service and fix my pool issues. I have had nothing but trouble with this pool. They can understand me and I can understand them. If I don’t understand, they are willing to explain it until I do understand. They have really helped and continue to help me get to the bottom of my pool issues. I am soo appreciative and would recommend anyone to call them who is not currently getting good service. Thank you Integrity, Joe and Grant specifically. I can’t figure out (operator error) how to give them 5 stars...but I do give them 5 STARS!

we were super impressed with the service that we received. Not only was it done earlier than we expected, we were also impressed with the professionalism of the team who did the actual work. Jose and William were extremely accurate and showed a deep concern in assuring that we were satisfied. They were very polite and conscientious to protect my plants and did a thorough cleanup.

So glad I hired IntegrityPools to service my pool. My last pool service company was expensive. They charged an additional service fee for a simple fix or adjustment on top of the weekly rate! Ironically, It’s a company that is always getting “best of” awards in Dallas. Yet whenever I said there was a problem with my pool they made me feel like I was the problem. Integrity Pools employees are professional, responsive, and respectful of my property. The price is fair and My pool is finally doing better. I can’t believe I waited so long to switch but glad I did.

I have a 20 year old pool and some of the tiles around and in the Spa had fallen off. I had received a letter advertising Integrity Pools and was one of three companies I called. The other companies said the job was too small for them but Integrity gave me an estimate, scheduled the work promptly, and then did an outstanding job. They set themselves up for lots of future work as I upgrade my pool.
