***** came to start my pool renovation. He was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions. He explained everything that was going to happen in detail and on what dates. I highly recommend this company for ALL your pool needs.

The whole team at Integrity Pools was great during my pool remodel. The new pool surface and tiles look fantastic. Pool School answered all my questions about the new app and panel (thanks, Myles). The process was not totally flawless, and at times it was slow, but they have quickly resolved all the issues. Jill was my main contact but Blake and Chad were very helpful, too. Overall I am very happy with experience and the results.

David and Terri of Integrity Pool were accommodating throughout the pool renovation process. They were able to answer my questions and addressed my concerns. The re-plastering went well and the pool looks fantastic with the pebble finished!!!

The workers were nice and friendly. They were good to always close the gate, which is important to keep the dog in. The only downside was a lack of someone who supervised each crew and kept me in the loop. The office team did a good job but I would have liked to have one person I could go to with my questions. There was confusion over my pool being completely drained since I was only having the spa resurfaced. If I had someone who was overseeing everything, then I would not have been surprised. The process was certainly not flawless, however, for every hiccup along the way, they were quick to find a solution to any issues that came up. It was an overall good experience especially considering the difficulty of supplies, demand, and backup our world is currently experiencing. We are pleased with our end product and working with Mike in sales and Brad and Sara in Customer Service/Communication. I would do business with Integrity again in the future.

Our pool remodel was a breeze thanks to Integrity and their crews. Easy and direct communication with the office, field supervisors, and remodel team was especially appreciated. Any questions or concerns were answered in a timely fashion. The end result looks fantastic! Thanks again to Mike H*******, SaraR, Brad, Jill, Allen, and John.
